Celebrating our Heritage in Mandela Month
Celebrating our Heritage in Mandela Month
“South Africa is the most beautiful place on earth. Admittedly, I am biased but when you combine the natural beauty... and the fact that the region is a haven for Africa's most splendid wildlife... Then I think that we have been blessed with a truly wonderful land.” -
In the month of July, South Africans and citizens of the world celebrate the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela’s birthday. From Aberdeen, in the Eastern Cape to Zeerust, in the North West, South Africans will be dedicating 67 minutes of their time - one for every year of Mandela's service – making a difference.
There are a number of excellent blogs that suggest ways to spend your 67 minutes for Madiba. From the Amy Foundation to Globe Trottin’ Kidz.
